Bryan has been in the industry his whole life— spending his childhood on the jobsite with his older brother Eric helping their father Howard who is a Carpenter and General Contractor on the Front Range of Colorado. In 2002, Bryan brought Parthum Construction to Northern Colorado, and to the Fraser Valley in 2023, and is now training the third generation of Parthum builders with his two creative and thoughtful helpers Arlo and Ryder.

Bryan has earned three degrees in Economics (B.S., M.S., and Ph.D.) and applies his advanced understanding of efficiency and complex systems to every project. There are many moving parts when building a home and they should be examined holistically to coordinate the transition from one component to the next.
